Katherine cares deeply about making a lasting, positive impact on our world. But after a satisfying career focused on large corporations, she felt she could do more with my extensive knowledge and training. So she decided to apply my years of global cross-functional and leadership experience and MBA training to social enterprise.
Today, her management consulting work reflects my commitment to ethically conscious, purpose-driven companies — in particular the small and medium-sized businesses engaged in impactful work. The sticking point is that more often than not, these forward-thinking entrepreneurs are focused on the all-consuming day-to-day running of the organization, leaving little time to build a strategic plan, create a new business model or rethink a technology ecosystem. That’s where we come in.
Katherine listen thoughtfully to understand each client’s unique business challenges, then tap into my network of seasoned specialists to assemble the right team to find the most effective solutions. And if a client doesn’t have the time or staff resources to put a strategy into action, we can roll up our sleeves and get momentum started.
