Leadership development
Deep dive leadership at scale. Six-month programs for companies in growth mode that need to train key leaders for the next phase of the company’s growth.
Does this sound like some of your key leaders?
- Self-awareness They don’t see how they come across, and nobody is telling them. A clearer picture of their own leadership style, blind spots and triggers.
- Judgment under pressure When the data is incomplete, they freeze or wait for you to decide. More confident decisions, especially when the data is incomplete.
- Executive presence They’re strong operators who lose the room when the stakes go up. Steadier in hard moments, and clearer communicating up, down and across.
- Hard conversations They avoid the difficult conversation and hope it sorts itself out. Less avoidance. Feedback and conflict handled directly.
- Delegation They step in and fix it themselves instead of developing their people. Less stepping in, more developing others to own the work.
- Resilience They’re running on fumes, and the next growth stage hasn’t even started. The energy to lead through the next stage of growth without burning out.
You don’t need different leaders.
You need the ones you have ready for what’s next.
Manager training
Training built around your managers, your culture and the situations they’re actually facing. The basics of leading people, done properly.
Does this sound like some of your managers?
- From doer to leader Great individual contributors got promoted, and now they’re managing people without the tools. The core skills of managing people, learned on purpose instead of by trial and error.
- Delegation Your managers are doing the work instead of leading the people who do it. Work handed off with clear expectations, so managers have time to lead.
- Feedback Feedback only happens at the annual review, if at all. Regular, specific feedback that people can actually use.
- One-on-ones One-on-ones get cancelled the moment things get busy. Consistent one-on-ones that build trust and catch problems early.
- Consistency Every manager leads differently, so your culture depends on who you report to. A shared standard for how managers lead across the company.
- Ownership Problems get escalated that a manager could have handled. Managers with the confidence to solve problems at their level.
Most managers were never taught how to manage.
That part is fixable.
Strategic planning
One Page Plan sessions that get the leadership team pointed the same way, then keep it there quarter by quarter.
Does this sound like your organization?
- Focus Priorities shift every quarter, and nobody is sure which ones really matter. A short list of priorities everyone on the team can name.
- Alignment The leadership team agrees in the room and heads in different directions after it. Leaders who leave the room committed to the same plan.
- Follow-through The plan lives in a slide deck that nobody has opened since the offsite. A one-page plan the team actually uses, reviewed every quarter.
- Healthy debate The same arguments keep coming back to the leadership meeting. Issues debated once, decided, and closed.
- Vision to action You know where you want to be in three years, but not what has to happen this quarter. A clear line from the three-year vision to this quarter’s priorities.
- Execution Everyone is busy. Not everyone is moving the business forward. Effort pointed at the work that actually moves the business.
Busy isn’t the problem.
Busy in different directions is.
In their words

He always listens carefully and challenges me to build upon strengths that increase my effectiveness when engaging with executive peers and our teams.”
“The program proved to be invaluable and I look forward to putting all of our developing leaders through the program in the coming months and years! Thank you for the impact you’ve made for me and so many others on our team!”
“I’ve worked with him both as a professional coach as well as hired him to speak with my team about how to develop talent. What I appreciate the most is that he listens first and supports you in identifying your core strengths and your vision of the leader you want to be. He then uses this knowledge to help you stretch into your best ‘you’.”
“His impact on the group was both immediate and profound. Casey’s approach is highly engaging. He challenges assumptions, provokes meaningful reflection, and encourages participants to step outside their comfort zones.”
“Casey helped me understand that to be a more effective leader of people, I needed to take a holistic approach to understanding my goals in work, life, and everything in between. Casey helped me to develop my own voice as a leader.”
“I had the privilege of having Casey as my coach during a 2025 Leadership Development Program cohort. His coaching was a game-changer. His unique approach helped unlock my leadership style and had a profound impact on my personal life.”
“Casey’s unique ability to leverage my existing strengths showed me how to better resolve workplace challenges and created a deeper sense of self trust across all facets of my life. His trust in me modeled how I can best show up for my team and ensure they feel entirely supported and encouraged.”
“His intuition, empathy, and ability to cut through to the main issues with pointed questions has facilitated many great conversations. Highly suggest engaging Casey, if you’re looking to ask yourself tough questions, become more self-aware, and be a better leader for your teams!”
“Casey fundamentally changed my approach regarding leadership. My experience was so impactful that it also had a profound impact on my personal life.”
